Join Resonance Wellness for a restorative group sound bath at The Bird & Bear Collective. During this immersive experience, you'll be guided into relaxation through gentle breathwork, intention setting, affirmations, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
Surrounded by soft lighting, calming music, and thoughtfully curated touches, you'll have space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
No prior experience with meditation, sound healing, or energy work is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
What to Expect
We'll begin by getting comfortable and settling into the space with a guided intention and gentle breathwork. From there, you'll be invited to relax as the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls fill the room.
The experience will incorporate affirmations, moments of quiet, relaxing music, and sound to create an atmosphere designed for rest, reflection, and connection.
At the end of the session, we'll gently return to the present moment and give you time to ground before heading back into your day.
What to Bring
Sound baths are typically experienced lying comfortably on the floor. Please bring anything you need to create a cozy space for yourself, such as:
  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket
  • Pillow or bolster
  • Eye mask
  • Water
Comfortable clothing is encouraged. You are also welcome to experience the sound bath seated if lying down isn't comfortable for you.
Important Information
This event is for guests 18 years of age and older.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to check in, choose your space, and get comfortable before the sound bath begins. To preserve the experience for all guests, late entry will NOT be permitted once the session has started.
Sound healing is intended as a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, or have another condition that may be affected by sound or vibration, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
