I’m Julia — the founder, candle maker, Reiki practitioner, sound bowl facilitator, and the hands behind every label.
This brand is built slowly, intentionally, and with care. It’s rooted in the belief that small, consistent rituals create lasting transformation.

How It Began
This wasn’t born from a business plan.
It began as a healing journey.
In 2023, I was navigating anxiety and searching for something that helped me feel steady and connected again. Crystals were my first doorway. Then came aerial yoga. Then sound bowls. Then Reiki.
What started as curiosity slowly became devotion — to intention, to energy, and to the power of ritual.
Resonance Wellness grew from that space.
