Because each Resonance Rituals candle is hand-poured in small batches, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will happily send a replacement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If your candle doesn’t resonate with you, please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right, which may include:
A replacement candle
Store credit toward another item
Guidance in selecting a different chakra candle that better aligns with your needs

Returns
If a return is approved, items must be:
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unused and unburned
In their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because our candles are handcrafted wellness products, the following cannot be returned:
Burned or used candles
Items returned without prior approval
